I've been there, not knowing what to do with a file. The answers are right in front of you, all of them are waiting on Google. Learn to use the internet people
The following short file descriptions means:
.ai --> this is an Adobe Illustrator file
.psd --> this is an Adobe Photoshop file
.abr --> this is an Adobe Photoshop BRUSH file
.csh --> this is an Adobe Photoshop SHAPE file
Now, when you read somewhere CLICK TO DOWNLOAD AMAZING PHOTOSHOP BRUSHES and you download something called amazingBrushes.zip >>> that's .zip >>> it doesn't mean the file is a fake or the creator of it is a liar - no - it means it is an ARCHIVE so the file can be downloaded faster.
To open it you need of course the ZIP Software - so go on Google and search DOWNLOAD ZIP. Install and voila, now you can extract the content of the .zip
BUT DO NOT EXTRACT THE ZIP FILES YOU RECEIVE IN YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT - THOSE ARE VIRUSES !!!
***
Oh and to help you more at the end of this journal, here is a very nice website link where you can search any kind of file extension (like .ai, .psd, .zip etc) you need: [link]
Open that website and look on the top left of the page - there is a space there where you can write.
Click there and write .abr and hit Enter - an explanation will come up looking like this: file extension ABR - Adobe Photoshop brush file.
See how simple it is? USE THE INTERNET, is better to learn than asking 20 questions and waiting for hours.
Peace.
